Dispensary Opening Times

Our in-house dispensary (available to eligible patients) is open from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday

For repeat prescriptions dealt with via telephone you can ring the repeat prescriptions line on 01386768131 between 9am-10am Monday to Friday.

(Please note this line can get very busy so alternatively you can order your medication via your online patient access service or by dropping your paper repeat slip into the post box located on the outside wall of the surgery. We can no longer put through medication orders face to face.)

Non-Eligible patients can have their prescription sent electronically to a Pharmacy of their choice. This can be set up within your online patient access or by stating where you want your prescription to go when ordering over the telephone.

Depending on time ordered online or the time you have dropped off your repeat slip into the postbox your request will be actioned on the next working day. The Dispensary is closed over the weekend so any medication ordered late Friday night or through the weekend will not be processed until Monday at the earliest.

.

.

Please allow 72 hours (Monday to Friday) for completion of repeat prescriptions if you are collecting your prescriptions. If you have a delivery please order 7-10 days before your allocated delivery day (Tuesday OR Thursday) allowing yourself enough time before you run out of your medication. If you are unsure of which day your village falls into please see the table below:
