Please allow 72 hours (Monday to Friday) for completion of repeat prescriptions if you are collecting your prescriptions. If you have a delivery please order 7-10 days before your allocated delivery day (Tuesday OR Thursday) allowing yourself enough time before you run out of your medication.

Prescriptions can be sent electronically to the chemist of your choice by prior arrangement with the chemist.  We are able to dispense to patients living more than one mile from a chemist.  We stock most common medication and are able to obtain other medication within 24 hours.

If you are using our online repeat prescription service, please ensure you have given us your full contact details.

Medication cannot be ordered face to face- You will need to use one of the following options:

1. Telephone (during the repeat prescription hour)

2. Drop your repeat slip into the postbox

3. Online Access (for more information please see under the registrations tab)

Ordering Repeat prescriptions via Patient Online Access

.

Patient Access now allows patients to view their medical records online. However due recent updates your access may have been restricted when logging into Patient Access to reorder prescriptions.  If you are having trouble with your Patient Online Access please contact the Patient Liaison Team who will confirm your medical record with you and will then reinstate your access.

A recent change to the Patient Online Access system asks patients to nominate a pharmacy. You will need to nominate a pharmacy if you live within the Evesham town area. If you live in a village this is not necessary as you will be a dispensing patient who can collect their medication from the Practice. Dispensing patients should therefore click the ‘not now’ option when asked to nominate a pharmacy and your medication will continue to be dispensed in the same way.

.

You will only be prompted with the ‘Nominate a pharmacy’ screen when you first request repeat medication through the new service. Selecting Not now will generate the request as normal.  The ‘Not now’ option is shown in the screenshot below:

.

The Online Service also allows you to view a summary of your medical records, medication list, allergies and immunisations.  If you experience problems

accessing your Online Services account, please contact the Practice on 01386 765600.

How to order Repeat Prescriptions

,

If your GP has advised long-term drug therapy, repeat prescriptions can be ordered by:

  • Telephone on 01386 768131 from 9.00am to 10.00am
  • Using the online Repeat Prescriptions Form
  • Post enclosing a stamped addressed envelope
  • In person leaving the prescription in the box at Dispensary..

Please be sure to give full and accurate details of the medication you require, including the name and strength by referring to the tear-off slip on the back of your prescription.  Please delete those items that you do not need, to ensure we issue you with your exact requirements.

Please make an appointment in good time if your GP asks to review your medication before your next prescription is due.  Please note that the GPs will not normally prescribe a new medication, or medication you have not taken for some time, without seeing you.
