  • – online confidential counselling service for 10 – 19 year olds
  • YoungMinds – information on child and adolescent mental health.  Please telephone parents’ helpline on 0808 802 5544 Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 4.00pm
  • Mood Juice – is designed to offer information and advice.  From the site you are able to print off various self-help guides
  • Chat Health – a text support service run by our School Health Nurse colleagues for 11-19 year olds.  Text to 07507331750
  • Childline – helps anyone under the age of 19 in the UK with any issue they are going through. It is free, confidential and available any time, day or night.  Please telephone 0800 1111, email via ‘your locker’, or through 1-2-1 counsellor chat
