Practice Opening Hours

* Please note that the extended hours appointments from 6.30pm to 8.00pm are by arrangement only and not for walk-in.  The Practice doors will be locked to the general public from 6.00pm daily.  Should you require assistance the Practice is open for telephone enquiries until 6.30pm.

Dispensary Opening Hours

We are closed on all public holidays:

• Tuesday 25 December 2018
• Wednesday 26 December 2018
• Tuesday 1 January 2019

Extended Hours at The Hub, The Riverside Surgery, Evesham

In addition to the Practice’s normal opening hours, and additional surgery opening times as stated above, you can also book an appointment to see a local clinician in the evenings or on Saturday and Sunday at locations across South Worcestershire. GP Practices are working together to provide extended access appointments to our patients. This means that your extended access appointment may be with a different GP, nurse or based in a different location or Practice than you are used to, and some of these appointments are telephone only. These appointments are pre-bookable by contacting the Practice during our opening times – when calling please ask for an extended access appointment and our Receptionists will help you to find a convenient appointment.

When We Are Closed

If you have an urgent problem when the Practice is closed, please telephone 111. Your call will be answered by the OOH Service. Please note that when contacting them, your telephone conversation will be recorded.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
